1. Effective date
These Terms of Use are effective July 29, 2026. CouponGo is provided under the NumberinGo product name.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By installing or using CouponGo, the user agrees to these terms. Users must be permitted to use Canva and enter into these terms in their jurisdiction.
3. What CouponGo does
The app creates coupon outputs from one active Canva design page. It can generate random codes, accept manual one-code-per-line input, import a selected CSV or XLSX column, and repeat each source code through Copies per code.
The exact {{COUPON}} marker identifies the code position. Generated artwork is flattened while the coupon code remains editable. CouponGo Pro can arrange outputs on print sheets with trim marks.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free includes three successful generation batches per calendar month with up to 50 total outputs per batch. Repeated copies count toward that total. A zero-output cancellation does not consume a Free use, while a partial workflow with at least one created output does.
Pro Yearly costs $14.99 per year and renews annually until cancelled. It removes the monthly app usage limit, supports up to 100 total outputs per batch, and enables imports, exports, and print-ready layouts. Users can manage or cancel renewal through Stripe's billing portal from the app.
Pro Lifetime costs $24.99 once and grants all current Pro features for as long as CouponGo provides those features. Future standalone add-ons may be sold separately. It does not include a recurring CouponGo charge.
Canva's own page, rate, design, and account limits still apply. Stripe Checkout displays the selected plan and final charge before payment. NumberinGo ticket-numbering access does not grant CouponGo Pro, and CouponGo access does not grant NumberinGo Pro.
5. User responsibilities
- Use CouponGo only for lawful content and campaigns.
- Use codes and designs the user is authorized to create, import, print, distribute, and redeem.
- Verify coupon uniqueness where a campaign requires unique values. Copies per code intentionally permits duplicates.
- Review every code, repeated copy, placement, print setting, and redemption list before publishing or production.
- Do not misuse the service, bypass plan controls, or interfere with Canva, Stripe, or backend security.
6. Content and privacy
Users retain their rights in their designs, coupon codes, and imported tables. CouponGo does not claim ownership of that content. CSV and XLSX contents are parsed locally and are not sent to the plan and usage backend.
Plan and usage processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Canva and Stripe remain governed by their own terms.
7. Availability and output review
CouponGo depends on Canva APIs, supported design types, export selection, network access, and third-party services. Features may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued.
The flattened-page workaround preserves visual output but not editability of every original design element. Users are responsible for reviewing generated pages and printing a sample before production.
8. Warranty, liability, and changes
CouponGo is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every design, output, third-party integration, or uninterrupted workflow will meet a user's specific requirements.
CouponGo may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development. These terms may also be updated, with the effective date revised when material changes are published.
