Create your first coupon-code batch.

Prepare one Canva page, choose Random, Manual, or Import, decide how many copies each code needs, and review the expanded total.

Prepare one coupon design

Open the fixed-size Canva design that contains your finished coupon, voucher, card, or label. Keep that source page selected.

Add the coupon marker

Create a separate, top-level text element containing exactly {{COUPON}}. Position it where the coupon code should appear. Do not group or lock it.

Open CouponGo

Open Apps in Canva, launch CouponGo by NumberinGo, and keep the prepared source page active.

Choose a code source

Use Random for generated numbers, letters, or alphanumeric codes. Use Manual to paste one code per line. Use Import for a CSV or XLSX table, then select the worksheet and code column when shown.

Choose Copies per code

Keep 1 for one output per source code. Choose 3 when every code should appear three times. Review the expanded total because Free allows up to 50 outputs per batch and CouponGo Pro allows up to 100.

Choose the code style

Select a Canva font and text color. The app also preserves compatible formatting from the coupon marker where Canva exposes it.

Generate and review

Start generation and select only the current source page in Canva's export dialog. Keep Canva open while progress updates. Confirm the source page remains and each new coupon code is editable.

Before you print or share

A short review prevents wasted paper and invalid campaigns.

Check order and repeats

Compare the first, last, and repeated values with the expanded preview.

Check placement

Zoom in on several pages and confirm every code is aligned and readable.

Test redemption data

Confirm the final codes match the list accepted by the system that will redeem them.
